• Our services include pre-legal collections, legal collections, field tracing, and investigation.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services.
• Clients must notify us promptly of any changes in the information provided.

Payment Terms

• Our collection services operate on a commission basis. Clients only pay an agreed commission when we successfully recover the debt.
• Should we be unsuccessful in recovering the debt, no collection fee is charged.

Confidentiality

• We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client and debtor information.
• Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Compliance with Laws

• We operate within the terms and conditions set out by the relevant debt recovery control bodies in South Africa.
• We are registered with the Debt Collectors Council and adhere strictly to their rules and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

• While we strive to provide effective debt recovery services, we do not guarantee the success of our efforts.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

• Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice.
• Upon termination, all outstanding fees for services rendered shall become due and payable.

Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

Amendments

• We may update or amend these Terms from time to time.
• Significant changes will be communicated to clients through our website or direct communication.
